• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and banking partners, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals. These providers have their own privacy policies and are independently responsible for their data handling practices.

• Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your account and for one (1) year following account closure.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

8. Data Security

666pub implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

10. Children's Privacy

The 666pub platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and older. 666pub does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required.

11. International Data Transfers

666pub primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In some cases, data may be transferred to and processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software vendors.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 666pub ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
